Job summary

Motion is seeking a results-oriented Salesperson to expand our fuel card services for trucking and logistics customers. The role focuses on identifying prospects, building relationships, and presenting how Motion’s fuel card solutions can reduce costs and streamline fleet operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales within logistics, strong industry knowledge, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics/transportation.
• Strong understanding of trucking/logistics and fuel expenses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire new customers in logistics and transportation.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients to maximize value.
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to tailor solutions.
• Maintain an organized pipeline with interactions and progress.
• Become a subject-matter expert on Motion’s fuel card program and benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve offerings.
