Tomlinson Group of Companies in Kingston, Ontario has an opening for a Fuel/Boom Truck Driver. You will deliver fuel to and from job sites, fuel equipment on site, and maintain logs and safety checks in a active construction environment.

The role requires a DZ licence, up to 5 years of fuel truck experience, and TDG training. AZ licence is an asset; lifting up to 50 pounds and crane operation are part of daily duties with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• DZ licence is required.
• 1 to 5 years of experience driving a fuel truck (TDG).
• TDG course provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate 8 ton crane is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Driving fuel to and from job sites in the Kingston & 401 Corridor areas

Fuel/Boom Truck Driver

Tomlinson is Eastern Canada’s leader in environmental, construction and transportation infrastructure services. This position involves delivering fuel to and from job sites, fueling equipment on site, and delivering products to our clients in the eastern Ontario region.

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends. The hours may vary dependent on work load.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Driving fuel to and from job sites in the Kingston & 401 Corridor areas
• Safely fueling equipment on job sites
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and filling out paperwork efficiently
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Operate an 8 ton crane
• Perform other duties as required

Working Conditions:

• Working on construction job sites

• Physical work – lifting

Requirements:

Compensation Information:

The expected hourly rate range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
