Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced OSP Manager to lead large-scale FTTH and OSP projects from bid to closeout. This role oversees estimating, design coordination, permitting, construction, subcontractors, and client communications, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple crews and municipalities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OSP, fiber construction, telecommunications construction, or FTTH deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and pre-construction activities for OSP/FTTH projects.
• Coordinate design, routing, permitting, and constructability with internal/ external teams.
• Direct construction management including trenching, drilling, splicing, and testing.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor, subcontractors, and materials.
• Lead client communications and progress reviews; ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Drive project closeout with final turnover, as-builts, and billing reconciliation.
