You will partner with marketing, sales, and customer service to protect product quality and consumer trust. We value humility, adaptability, teamwork, and continuous improvement as we scale to meet our 2030 goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• 7+ years in food safety and quality in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and RCA tools.
• Understanding of Canada/US food regulations.
• GFSI, PCQI, HACCP certifications; audits experience.
• Adaptable and resourceful

Aufgaben

• Lead and uphold the Food Safety & Quality Management System.
• Achieve top ratings in external audits (BRC AA, etc.).
• Oversee FSQA team and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate training and CAPA effectiveness.
• Manage audits and regulatory certifications (CFIA, FDA, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions respectfully.
• Maintain regulatory records and internal documentation.
