Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. (Home of MadeGood) seeks a FSQA Improvement Leader to oversee food safety and quality programs, lead root cause analysis, and drive CAPA across production teams. You will collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Production to prevent defects and sustain compliance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement mindset, data analysis, and strong communication to stakeholders. Experience in GMP/BRC and food manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Science/Technology, Chemistry or Microbiology.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required with project experience.
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, and food safety programs is essential.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills using SPC tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and RCA to identify root causes of safety/quality issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement CAPA and preventive actions.
• Manage food safety incidents, consumer complaints, and process holds in SAP.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement.
