Job summary

Wealthsimple, Canada’s leading financial innovator, seeks a Team Lead, CXO Risk & Security to guide a frontline squad of 6–12 specialists at the intersection of Client Experience, Platform Security, and Risk Operations.

You’ll protect client assets, de-escalate high-stakes security inquiries, and develop top performers in a fast-paced environment, partnering with InfoSec, Fraud Ops and Compliance to tighten verification workflows and reduce platform vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of formal people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead intraday risk operations and a frontline squad of CX specialists.
• Monitor real-time risk patterns and reallocate capacity to balance risk containment with queue health.
• Serve as senior contact for complex fraud, social engineering, identity compromise, and AML red flags.
• Partner with InfoSec, Fraud Ops and Compliance to refine frontline verification workflows.
