Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a team member to manage customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising, in a locally owned store.

You will work under an Associate-Owner with support from a national brand, benefiting from a purchase discount program, flexible schedules, and online learning through Academy. Take ownership of your work and help care for patients, co-workers, customers and the community while upholding the Code of Conduct and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Problem solving is essential to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage cashier/merchandising staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Train cashiers/merchandisers and provide guidance.
• Oversee loss prevention standards and cash office activities.
• Deliver customer service: handle inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and CSI survey.
• Maintain shelves: clean, rotate stock, and set up displays as directed.
• Maintain store image and health & safety compliance.
• Perform clerical and banking duties when needed.
