Job Description

As a Front Office Team Leader, you’re more than just the first impression—you’re the heartbeat of the guest experience. Reliable, approachable, and always switched on, you lead from the front and bring out the best in your team. From a smooth check-in to a warm farewell, you make every moment count. With your sharp eye for detail and genuine care, you’ll help create stays that guests remember—and come back for.

What you will be doing:

  • Be the go-to leader on the Front Desk - supporting the team and setting the tone for a smooth and memorable guest experience.
  • Make arrivals, departures, and everything in between feel effortless for our guests.; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Attend to all incoming callsin a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, creating a supportive, energetic team culture that delivers warm, personal service- every time.
  • Monitor training and offer guidance to team members whilst on shift.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the ability to work rotating 7 day roster.
  • Prior experience using Opera Cloudpreferred
  • A natural people-person with a passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
  • Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Be reliable and well groomed.
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
