Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Kamloops is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and oversee the daily operation of guest-facing services. You will drive team performance and be accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

This leadership role requires strong coaching, scheduling, and a focus on service quality, brand standards, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; or 2-year degree from an accredited University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related courses
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services
  • Marriott work experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
