We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Agent to support our team during a temporary period of growth.
As a Front Office Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to BackrZone. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of the company by providing exceptional customer service. In this temporary role, you will handle client inquiries, manage front office operations, and ensure smooth daily administrative activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced crowdfunding space while supporting our team in various administrative capacities.
1+ years of experience in a front office, customer service, or administrative role.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to handle client inquiries in a professional manner.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude towards customer service.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Experience in crowdfunding, blockchain, or the fintech industry.
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Knowledge of customer service management tools or CRM software.
Fluency in French or other languages is a plus.
