Original Joe’s in Calgary is hiring a Line/Prep Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen where great food and a welcoming team come together. You’ll play a key role in preparing high‑quality meals and keeping the line organized during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste.
• Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
