Job summary

Original Joe’s in Calgary is seeking a Front of House Expo to bridge kitchen and service, ensuring plates are accurate, well-presented, and served on time. You’ll coordinate ticket flow and support servers to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central communicator between the kitchen and service teams.
• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is accurate, well-presented, and timely.
• Double-check tickets and plating to confirm special requests and modifications are followed.
• Manage ticket flow and prioritize outgoing dishes to maintain a smooth service pace.
• Communicate with servers and runners to ensure guests receive their orders correctly and promptly.
• Assist with garnishing, tray setups, and light food running as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo line.
• Help troubleshoot timing or order issues during service.
