Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 100 pounds.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching required.

• Effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and guests.
• Ability to continuously operate POS equipment and serve food/beverages.
• Ability to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, noise, and fumes.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and restocks service stations before, during and after service.
• Serves water, bread and beverages to guests in assigned area.
• Removes used dishes and replaces items for next course.
• Returns dirty dishware and linen to the appropriate area.
• Resets tables according to training materials.
• Communicates guest requests to the service staff.
