Job summary

Montana's BBQ & Bar is hiring a Manager of Guest Experience at our location in Toronto, ON. You will be responsible for driving guests to the restaurant, leveraging our scale, and ensuring guests come back while hiring and leading a team to deliver the Perfect Guest Experience.

With 3–5 years of managerial experience in upscale dining, you will oversee operations, budgets and costs, and cultivate a motivated, professional team dedicated to outstanding guest service and a lively, welcoming

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Manager in an upscale dining environment with similar sales volume.
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or business is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, including budgets and operating costs.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage.
• Understanding of the upscale dining industry.
• Proven ability to motivate and direct others.

We're looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

As a Manager of Guest Experience, you will be responsible for driving Guests to the restaurant, leveraging our scale, and ensuring Guests come back. With your superior restaurant experience, solid leadership and proven team building skills, you will also be responsible for hiring and leading trained, focused and engaged Associates, to deliver on our promise of the Perfect Guest Experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Manager in an upscale dining environment with similar sales volume
• Bonus points for Post-secondary education, preferably in hospitality and/or a business related field
• Excellent business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage
• Excellent understanding of the upscale dining industry
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
