Northland Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic Leader to join our Canada-wide leadership team in Regina. You will actively lead shifts, mentor staff, manage budgeting goals, and foster guest satisfaction with a focus on exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Hospitality-driven with guest- and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with senior leaders, help manage budgets.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and connection throughout each shift.
• Boost team morale through contests and supporting staff on shift.
• Handle guest concerns and compliments; motivate others to be their best.
• Energetic and positive.
• Committed to inclusivity and embracing diversity.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience considered an asset.
