Job summary

Northland Properties' Denny's location in Calgary invites a Food Service Supervisor to lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee 15-20 crew members and assist in day-to-day restaurant operations, reporting to the General Manager.

We seek energetic, reliable individuals with strong guest service skills, fluent English, and a commitment to brand standards. Successful candidates will support a positive work environment and opportunities for growth within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with Management Food Safety Certification.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts by leading hourly employees to uphold brand standards
• Coordinate restaurant activities by observing guest flow
• Monitor sales, employee hours, and guest counts to ensure proper staffing
• Complete shift walkthroughs and take corrective actions when needed
• Communicate employee relations issues and brand deviations to management
• Adhere to Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required
