What We Are Hiring

As a Server, you are the face of Denny's. You will be greeting, seating, and serving our guests in a friendly and courteous manner. You will help by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, anticipating the needs of our guests, suggesting meal items, receiving payments, and assisting other staff as needed. Our goal is to provide total guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming and quality experience for our guests
• Ensure accurate and efficient serviceDevelop strong product and menu knowledge
• Help Denny’s achieve our mission by adhering to Denny’s Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
• Must be able to work late nights

Who You Are

• Effective communicator in English, both orally and in writing
• Team player, collaborative and attentive
• Can work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Excellent guest service and people skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
• Can lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
• Can stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8 hour shift
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
