Job summary

Denny's Canada is hiring servers to greet, seat and serve guests in a friendly, courteous manner. You will take and deliver orders, anticipate guest needs, suggest menu items and assist other staff to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Team-oriented, collaborative and attentive.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Excellent guest service and people skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for 4–8 hours.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

As a Server, you are the face of Denny's. You will be greeting, seating, and serving our guests in a friendly and courteous manner. You will help by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, anticipating the needs of our guests, suggesting our meal items, receiving payments, and assisting other staff as needed. Our goal is to provide total guest satisfaction.
