Job summary

Mount Washington Alpine Resort is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for Ted’s Pub. You will oversee hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders and lead daily operations to ensure smooth service.

You’ll manage payroll, time tracking, and records while maintaining excellent guest experiences on a busy winter schedule. The role demands strong communication, proactive leadership, and a solid understanding of mountain resort activities.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of mountain resort operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house team including hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities to staff.
• Maintain records, payroll, time tracking, and inventory oversight.
