Chick-fil-A Heartland in Mississauga is seeking a Front of House Team Member to provide exceptional guest service with a smile, deliver accurate orders, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards across dining room, counter, and drive-thru.

You will collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a positive, customer-focused environment, receive flexible scheduling, and benefit from growth opportunities within a supportive operator-led team.

Formación

• Experience in guest service or retail/hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality; take, prepare and serve orders accurately.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure speedy, friendly service across dining room, counter, and drive-thru.
