Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Front of House Expo to serve as the essential link between kitchen and service teams. You will ensure dishes are accurately prepared, well-presented, and delivered on time in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quick to adapt, and excel at communication and teamwork. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a leading restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central communicator between the kitchen and service teams.
• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is accurate, well-presented, and timely.
• Double-check tickets and modifications are followed.
• Manage ticket flow and prioritize outgoing dishes to maintain a smooth service pace.
• Communicate with servers and runners to ensure guests receive their orders correctly and promptly.
• Assist with garnishing, tray setups, and light food running as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo line.
• Help troubleshoot timing or order issues during service.
