Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a People Greeter to welcome customers and deliver friendly, helpful service on the sales floor. You will assist shoppers, provide directions, and uphold Walmart’s values through courteous interactions.

Based at our 1200 Boul Alphonse-Desjardins, Levis, QC location, you’ll support store operations, maintain safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fast service to each customer entering or exiting the store; greet and assist shoppers.
• Support loss prevention procedures by following company guidelines and reporting suspicious activities to management.
• Understand and apply the SEA program; respond courteously to demagnetization issues and help identify root causes for corrective action.
• Ensure customers have the tools to shop, such as a cart, basket, and flyer.
• Advise customers and seek assistance from sales associates to direct them to different departments and answer questions.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, obstacle-free work environment by following company policies.
