Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming customer experience by providing friendly, fast, and professional service to customers entering and exiting the store.
• Support loss prevention and store safety by monitoring activities and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to EAS alerts and complete required documentation/logs accurately.
• Assist customers and support store operations by helping with carts, directions, and product location.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment by following company policies at all times.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
