Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years Retail or Cash experience an asset
• Minimum 1 year leading people
• Must be able to bend, lift, and perform physical duties
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, demonstrate GET behaviours and promote positive associate morale.
• Ensure sufficient checkouts by maintaining lines and queue management.
• Walk the front end from the customer experience perspective daily, ensuring readiness for promotions and flyer execution.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet business needs.
• Provide associates with training, information, tools, coaching, guidance, encouragement and recognition.
