Job summary

RONA is seeking a store supervisor to lead teams and manage daily store operations in a busy retail environment. You will supervise staff, ensure merchandising and promotions align with store goals, and drive customer satisfaction through effective problem solving.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong sense of responsibility for meeting budget and performance targets. This is a hands-on position ideal for an experienced retail professional seeking growth within the RONA

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process and manage promotions and marketing inputs.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while complying with the labour budget and meeting customer needs.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
