Job summary

CCNM – Toronto Campus is seeking a full-time Clinic Receptionist for maternity leave coverage. The role is on-site, supporting Clinic Services, CCNM Integrative Cancer Center (ICC), and Community Health Centres.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, interns, and naturopathic doctors, handling calls, emails, appointments, and billing in a courteous, efficient manner. Hours may include evenings and Saturdays; on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls; check voicemail and respond to messages
• Write and distribute email correspondence; organize and schedule appointments
• Maintain patient relations and collect fees for services rendered
• Support maintenance of electronic health records
• Provide support to student interns and naturopathic doctors
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
