Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is hiring Front Desk Representatives to welcome lodging guests, check them in and out, and ensure a warm, memorable stay. You will be the first point of contact, providing information and resolving questions while maintaining a smooth arrival experience.

The role requires an energetic, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. This on-site position offers hourly pay and access to resort benefits and employee events.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Answer questions and resolve guest requests.
• Manage guest stays from arrival to departure.

HOURLY RATE

$19.00

FULL-TIME HOURS:

• Average 4-5 shifts per week
• 8-hour shifts between 6:45am to 11pm
• Start Dates September 29, 2026 or November 16, 2026

Front Desk Representatives are the first point of contact for our lodging guests and the check in experience often sets the tone for a guest’s stay. It isour vision to create the best memories for our guests again and again.

• Being friendly and helpful with guests while answering questions
• Checking guests in and out of the hotels
• Taking ownership of the guest’s entire stay at Blue Mountain Resort
• Resolving service challenges to a happy outcome
