Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Front Desk Representative (Westin) for the winter season. You will be the first contact for lodging guests, shaping the guest experience at check-in and throughout their stay.

We value friendly, energetic service and provide 8-hour shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Join a dynamic team at a premier Ontario resort with strong guest-focus and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Energetic, friendly and cheerful demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency expected.
• Experience at a front desk or office role preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out smoothly.
• Create welcoming guest experiences and address questions.
• Coordinate with guests to ensure a memorable stay.
• Resolve guest issues to a positive outcome and maintain service standards.
• Assist Bonvoy members with check-in and special requests.
• Support hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE (WESTIN) – WINTER – FULL TIME HOURLY RATE - $19.00

FULL-TIME HOURS: Average 4-5 shifts per week 8-hour shifts between 6:45am to 11pm
