Job summary

Comfort Inn Hotel in Owen Sound is seeking front desk staff for part-time and full-time permanent roles. You will manage reservations by phone and walk-ins, check guests in and out, and provide courteous customer service throughout shifts.

Experience in guest services is preferred; full training will be provided. Shifts run 3pm–11pm, offering a stable schedule and a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to handle reservations by phone and walk-ins.

Responsibilities

• Front desk check-in and check-out of guests.
• Make reservations by phone and for walk-ins.
• Address guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Regular hall checks to ensure guests are respectful.
• Open and close shift reporting.
