Job summary

YMCA in Owen Sound, Canada is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee cashier staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and enforce store policies. The role requires retail experience and flexibility for variable shifts including days/nights and every other weekend.

You will guide team members, support merchandising duties, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering friendly service and addressing customer needs.

Closing shifts are until 8pm currently.

Duties will include:

• oversee cashier staff/front cash operations
• maintain accurate cash handling and loss preventions standards

• ensure store policies and operating procedures are followed
• perform merchandising duties as assigned
• comply with all Health and Safety standards
