Job summary

Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a Receptionist at Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore in North Vancouver. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and keep the showroom and lounge area welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
• Automotive industry experience with CDK or One-Eighty is an asset.
• Experience operating a multiline phone system is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good data entry skills with strong accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct to their host.
• Answer calls on a multiline phone system.
• Welcome and assist customers in the lounge areas.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and stocked customer lounge.
• Handle and process payments from customers.
• Stock in vehicles and assist with inventory control.
• Book service appointments in the software system.
• Distribute incoming mail.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Contribute to a supportive and fun working environment.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
