Cherish at Central Park in Langford, BC, seeks a warm, professional Director of First Impressions for Tuesday–Saturday daytime shifts. You’ll greet residents, families, visitors, and staff, answer calls, and coordinate appointments in a busy senior living community.

In this full‑time role, you’ll lead with compassion, support multiple departments with clerical tasks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our values of care, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma is required.
• Minimum one year of administrative assistant experience.
• Minimum one year of receptionist experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Perform general reception and administrative duties.
• Maintain schedules and assist with appointment coordination.
• Respond to emergency calls and situations appropriately.
• Support various departments with clerical and organizational tasks.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community.
