Position Overview

ParkTree Community Health Center is seeking a bilingual, professional Dental Patient Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the Pomona and Ontario communities.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments
• Patient registration
• Insurance eligibility screening

• Telephone outreach to patients
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
