A leading company in residential property management is seeking a part-time Front Desk Attendant to enhance the rental experience through exceptional customer service and community engagement. The role involves facilitating guest services, managing reservations, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. Candidates should have prior hospitality experience and solid interpersonal skills.
The Front Desk Attendant focuses on redefining the residential rental experience, by providing bespoke services, one of a kind community programming, and outstanding customer service.
Pro-actively anticipating the needs of residents and guests, the Front Desk Attendant offers services to assist in overcoming challenges, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident.
The Front Desk Attendant is an ambassador representing the community, & leadership team and is the primary person to interact with residents and guests.
This is a part-time position, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
