About the Role

The Host provides friendly customer and membership services, and performs daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to uphold Fit4Less’s standards of a friendly, clean, and automated environment.

Responsibilities

1. Perform cleanliness tasks to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
2. Engage with members and guests courteously, assisting with memberships, amenities, and automation processes.
3. Promote memberships and amenities, including Black Card offerings.
4. Address and report safety or cleanliness deficiencies.
5. Support a friendly and courteous workplace environment.
6. Assist with access and education on automated and virtual options for members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working towards it.
• At least 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certifications.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress effectively.
• Dedication to customer service and valuing time.
