Aston Martin Vancouver & Bentley Vancouver are currently looking to fill the position of Part-Time Sales Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
  1. Switchboard Operator: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally, politely, and efficiently. Manage a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard, providing information, relaying messages, and announcing visitors.
  2. Administration: Assist with overflow tasks including word processing, data entry, and internet research. Handle sorting and mailing of letters and miscellaneous documents.
  3. Filing Clerk: Perform basic clerical tasks such as organizing invoices and other documents, and maintaining cash receipt records.
  4. Front Desk Coordinator: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors, vendors, clients, and customers. Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.
  5. Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
