Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for clients and associates needing services within the unit. You will provide hospitality reception services, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and maintain resident information for smooth operations.

The role requires 12-hour day shifts on a 14-on/14-off rotation, with lifting up to 40 lb. Local applicants preferred; benefits after 3 months may apply.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • 3 years' customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced demanding environment is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitality reception services to the camp residents.
  • Coordinate with other camp departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure all rooms are clean and well maintained.
  • Ensure data stored in the system is current with respect to resident information, resident requests, room availability, check in/checkout information, as well as housekeeping/maintenance work orders.
  • Work at the onsite commissary.
  • Assist with housekeeping, laundry and stocking of supplies as needed.
  • Complete daily and period reporting for management and clients.
  • Perform other administrative duties and functions as required
  • Minor heavy lifting may be involved (up to 40 lb.)

  • Driver's License preferred
