Myo Kensington is hiring a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our Calgary clinic. You will be the first face clients see, delivering an elevated, seamless experience and supporting day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are hospitality-minded with energy, able to manage schedules, bookings, billing, and client documentation, while helping patients feel welcomed and empowered in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication
• Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging
• Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists
• Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation
• Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day
• Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions

We’re hiring for an exceptional part-time Front Desk Associates (FDAs) to join our dynamic team at Myo! As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.

We are currently looking for the following availabilities:

• 1 weekday (1:00 PM - 7:45 PM)
• 1 weekend shift (8:45 AM - 4:15)

FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You’ll help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered.
