Job summary

Planet Fitness in Canada is seeking Front Desk Associates to deliver first-rate service, greet members, handle inquiries, and promote membership benefits within a friendly, fast-paced club environment.

You will manage payments, answer phones, maintain club cleanliness, and support promotions while offering flexible weekday/weekend hours. Minimum 6 months customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience or 1-year fitness experience preferred.
• Open or flexible availability with weekday/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.

The Front Desk Associate is a highly friendly and courteous individual who consistently delivers first-rate service and fosters positive customer satisfaction and loyalty while promoting Ignite Fitness Holdings-Planet Fitness Mission, Vision and Values. The Front Desk Associate must be adept at balancing multiple tasks with a friendly, courteous demeanor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
