Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, balance multiple tasks, and promote gym programs. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain clean facilities while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role supports a friendly, energetic team in a budget-friendly fitness environment, with flexible weekday/weekend hours and a focus on member satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Six months face-to-face customer service in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• Weekday and/or Weekend Hours based on club needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.
• Anticipate member needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service; answer promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills for a pleasant experience.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Accept payments, give change and receipts; drive revenue by promoting benefits and promotions.

The Front Desk Associate must be adept at balancing multiple tasks with a friendly, courteous demeanor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
