Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine desire to deliver excellent experiences.
• Greet and direct customers professionally and enthusiastically.
• Answer calls and handle inquiries, concerns, or questions.
• Possess proven inside or counter sales experience; confidently provide product knowledge.
• Provide detailed pricing and prepare customer quotes.
• Accurately enter appointments and orders into POS / internal systems.

Qualifications and Success Factors

• Interest in the automotive industry and ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles (preferred).
• Understanding of automotive or related industry and aptitude for learning product details.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior principles.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable lifting 30-50 lbs. tires as needed.
• Safety-conscious, wearing PPE and following protocols.
