Front Counter Sales Representative
Location: 2055 Clark Drive, Vancouver BC

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine desire to deliver excellent experiences.
- Greet and direct customers professionally and enthusiastically.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide product knowledge confidently and friendly in an inside sales environment.
- Prepare and present detailed customer quotes and pricing.
- Enter appointments and orders accurately into POS/internal systems.
Qualifications and Success Factors
- Interest in the automotive industry and ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles (preferred).
- Understanding of automotive or related industries and aptitude for learning product knowledge.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior principles.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to be active during the day and lift 30-50 lbs as needed.
- Safety-conscious, wearing PPE, and following safe work protocols.
