Job summary

Kal Tire is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative in Lethbridge to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose tires and services while keeping the store running smoothly.

This temporary, full-time position requires strong communication, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather. You will gain hands-on experience in automotive sales within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge) is an asset.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and safety-focused.

• Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract. You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
