Job summary

Kal Tire in Dauphin, MB is seeking a friendly sales and service associate to greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and support decisions with clear quotes.

You will prepare invoices, process transactions, look up parts, and schedule appointments while maintaining accurate records and a safe, clean workspace in all weather conditions. No prior automotive experience required; hands-on training is provided and team-focused safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Store Details

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
  • Sunday: Closed
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 28, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
