As a trusted supplier of construction tools, fasteners, and wood and metalworking equipment, we’ve built our reputation on dependable service, deep product knowledge, and strong customer relationships. We are currently looking for a Front Counter Sales Associate to join our dedicated team. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls or take messages as appropriate

• Notify customers when orders arrive or are ready for pickup

• Support senior sales staff with order processing and follow-ups

• Perform light market research as required

• Maintain a well-stocked and organized merchandise area

• Assist with basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Industry knowledge or experience in construction, tools, or trades is a strong advantage

• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
