Job summary

Source Code is seeking a dynamic Freelance Recruiter to join our team in Toronto, ON, with 100% remote work. You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen for skills and culture fit, and partner with account managers to meet client needs.

You’ll learn and use ATS platforms to track data and build strong candidate pipelines. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS, and a proven track record in high-volume hiring, with excellent communication

• Familiarity navigating ATS platforms.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates, achieving hiring goals, and building robust talent pipelines.
• Strong communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.

Responsibilities
