Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks freelance sales associates to provide makeup applications, skincare advice, and fragrance consultations, delivering a personalized, in-store experience in Canada.

You will work with a high-performing team to execute in-store events and maintain standout visual merchandising to outshine competitors. Certification is desirable, but we welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise and a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail experience preferred; amateurs with talent welcome.
• Able to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in Canada if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities
