Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Fraud Analyst:

• Assist Risk Management team in identifying fraud trends
• Respond to customer transaction verifications via email & telephone
• Communicate with customers and internal employees
• Utilize fraud monitoring tools

Requirements of the Fraud Analyst:

• Experience working within Risk & Fraud in a Financial company
• Solid understanding of credit card, debit card, and prepaid card fraud
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
