Job summary

CGIC is seeking a Fraud Product Consultant to join the Investigative Services and Enterprise Fraud team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will develop and deliver project outcomes, representing the fraud function while collaborating with Claims, Underwriting, Product, Digital and RSS to advance the fraud management strategy.

Responsibilities include leading requirement meetings, gathering information from internal and external partners, and helping design and implement practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline.
• CIP designation or other related designation.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Business experience working on projects and understanding of Co-operators structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver project outcomes as part of a program/project team.
• Represent Investigative Services and Enterprise Fraud on projects.
• Collaborate with partners from Claims, Underwriting, Product, Digital and RSS.
• Lead or actively participate in requirement meetings and solution discussions.
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation and implementation of deliverables.
