Job summary

Co-operators is seeking a Fraud Product Consultant to join the Nat Clms Inv Services team on a regular full-time basis with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on delivering project outcomes, representing Investigative Services and Enterprise Fraud, and aligning with Claims, Underwriting, Product, Digital and RSS partners.

You will engage in project research, feasibility, risk mitigation and solution implementation, working with internal and external partners to advance the organization’s

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline.
• CIP designation or related designation.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Broad understanding of Co-operators structure and department roles.
• Strong experience with business process improvement and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver program/project outcomes as SME for Investigative Services and Enterprise Fraud.
• Lead project work, research, risk identification, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners across Claims, Underwriting, Product, Digital, RSS.
• Plan and organize sub-streams and meetings to achieve deliverables.
